It was reasonably priced, compared to other family-run hotels. The room was airy and the staff informative. Exceptional view, a small balcony, lovely bed, too. Top location, very close to a small garden.

Facility was tidy and extravagant. Found in the downtown area not far from Chelsea, many attractions nearby and Union Square-.
